Terms for the public PittStop marketing website.

These terms apply only to PittStop's public marketing pages and fictional demonstrations, not to a future customer application or paid service.

Current status: PittStop is a marketing-only preview. Public registration, customer accounts, production billing, and live product use are not offered through this public website.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Website Terms apply when you visit or interact with the public PittStop marketing website. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These terms do not govern a PittStop customer account, employee or administrator workspace, private pilot, subscription, payment, or production service. Any future customer service will require separate terms, privacy information, and any applicable business agreement before use.

2. Marketing and fictional demonstrations

The website provides general information about PittStop and interactive demonstrations of possible product workflows. Demonstration names, businesses, jobs, vehicles, receipts, locations, amounts, and work records are fictional. Demo activity is not saved and does not create an account, customer record, employment record, payment, or binding transaction.

Do not treat a demonstration as a production timekeeping, mileage, payroll, receipt, tax, accounting, legal, or compliance system.

3. Preliminary product information

Displayed features, pricing, plans, trial periods, pilot terms, integration status, storage levels, availability, and launch timing are preliminary unless PittStop confirms them in a separate written agreement. They may be corrected, changed, delayed, or withdrawn before launch and are not a binding offer to sell or provide a service.

Third-party product or company names identify possible integrations or compatibility goals. A reference does not by itself mean that an integration is available, approved, endorsed, or ready for production. Status labels such as available, sandbox, in development, or planned should be read according to the explanation shown on the website.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the public website to learn about PittStop and evaluate its fictional demonstrations. You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity;
  • interfere with the website, its hosting, or another visitor's use;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or introduce malicious code;
  • use automated requests at a volume that disrupts or burdens the service;
  • misrepresent the fictional demonstrations as real PittStop customer or employee records; or
  • submit credentials, payment data, payroll data, employee identity records, receipt data, or precise work-location information through the marketing website.

5. Website content

PittStop's name, branding, page designs, explanatory copy, and demonstration materials may be used only for ordinary viewing and evaluation of the website unless separate permission is given. Do not remove ownership notices or present PittStop materials as your own. References to third-party names and marks remain associated with their respective owners.

PittStop™ identifies a claim of trademark rights and is not the federal registration symbol. The website does not use the ® symbol. The Legal Notice provides additional ownership and third-party-reference information.

6. Preview accuracy and availability

PittStop works to describe the preview accurately, but a development-stage marketing site can contain mistakes, incomplete explanations, or temporary interruptions. Please confirm any feature, price, integration, pilot, or launch commitment directly with PittStop before relying on it for a business decision.

PittStop may update, suspend, or remove public pages or demonstrations as the product and launch plan develop. These website terms do not allocate the risks of a future customer service, because that service is outside their scope.

7. No professional advice

Public website content and fictional demonstrations are general product information, not legal, tax, payroll, employment, accounting, insurance, security, or regulatory advice. A business should evaluate its own requirements and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on a future operational service.

8. Privacy and changes

The PittStop Privacy Notice explains current public-site information handling. PittStop may revise these Website Terms as the public website changes. A revised version will identify its effective date and will apply to use of the website after it is posted.
