1. Our approach
PittStop aims to provide clear structure, readable content, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, labeled interactive controls, light and dark viewing choices, and reduced-motion behavior for animated demonstrations. Accessibility remains part of the ongoing review process as the site changes.
2. Known scope
The current public demonstrations are fictional product previews and may not yet represent the accessibility behavior of a future signed-in PittStop application. Any future customer, employee, or administrator application will require its own accessibility testing before operational release.
3. Requesting assistance
If a page or control prevents you from accessing public PittStop information, email info@getpittstop.com. If possible, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or device, and the type of barrier you encountered. Do not include passwords, employee records, payment details, receipts, or other sensitive information.
4. Ongoing improvements
PittStop may update this statement as testing, content, and product surfaces change. Accessibility feedback will be reviewed as part of website maintenance and release planning.
